Impact Assessment 

Participants conducted self-assessment in various areas (such as leadership, creativity, active learning, communication skills, interpersonal relationships, team spirit, etc.) before and after the programme. In addition to self-assessment, the team leader also assessed the above areas for the team members, so as to evaluate the impact of the programme on participants.

Take the aggregated results in 2019 as an example, students have made progress in all areas. ​

In addition, 92% of the students indicated that they would recommend this programme to their fellow schoolmates. They also expressed that they enjoyed the job tasting experiences and believed that the programme helped increase their understanding of the workplace.
